Kasia leads our digital, social and podcast work. She builds online communities that care about difficult issues and stick around.
Born in Gdańsk and raised in Manchester, Kasia ran digital campaigns for an international press freedom organisation for six years, growing its audience tenfold and launching an award-shortlisted podcast. She then led social strategy for a European political foundation before joining Parley in 2021.
She is fluent in the data and the platforms, but her real skill is tone: knowing when to be serious, when to be funny and when to say nothing at all.
